Responsibilities:

As a Baker, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing a wide variety of baked goods following traditional and modern recipes.
• Ensuring all baked goods are completed on time for opening and throughout the day.
• Maintaining quality control for all products, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
• Observing and adhering to health and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional baking role.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and the pastry-making process.
• Able to work early mornings and weekends.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for baking.
• Certification from a culinary school with a focus on baking/pastry is a plus.
