Responsibilities:

As a Line Cook, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing food items consistently and adhering to all recipe standards.
• Maintaining a safe and clean food preparation area.
• Working with team of cooks to do portion prep work for other shifts when needed.
• Monitoring product freshness and rotating out old product based on a schedule created by the restaurant.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Cook or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of best practices for food handling and safety.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
