Responsibilities:

As our Sommelier, your responsibilities will include:

• Guiding customers in selecting wines that complement their meals.

• Training staff on wine tasting and pairing principles.
• Hosting wine tasting events and promoting our wine offerings.
• Providing excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Certified Sommelier or equivalent professional wine qualification.
• Previous experience as a Sommelier or similar role in fine dining.
• Extensive knowledge of different wines, regions, and pairing principles.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
