Global Files

Managing multiple locations in Cuttinboard can present challenges when it comes to sharing company-wide documents consistently across all locations. Global Files is the perfect solution to this issue, allowing you to create a single Drawer visible across all your locations. With Global Files, you can efficiently share important documents with every employee, ensuring that everyone is on the same page.

Steps:

• In your dashboard, go to the Global Files tab (only visible if you have multiple locations).

• Click on Add to create a new Global Drawer.

• Name it and provide a description.
• Click Accept to create the Global Drawer.

• Click the Info icon to see the details, edit or delete the Global Drawer.

• Click Upload Files to start sharing company-wide documents.

Using Global Files ensures that all your employees, regardless of their location, have access to the same resources and information. This is particularly useful for sharing company culture documents, policies, updates, and important announcements.
