Global Notes

Managing multiple locations in Cuttinboard can present challenges when it comes to sharing company-wide information consistently across all locations. Global Notes is the perfect solution to this issue, allowing you to create a single Notes Board visible across all your locations. With Global Notes, you can efficiently share important information with every employee, ensuring that everyone is on the same page.

Steps:

• In your dashboard, go to the Global Notes tab (only visible if you have multiple locations).

• Click on Add to create a new Global Notes Board.

• Name it and provide a description.
• Click Accept to create the Global Notes Board.

• Click the Info icon to see the details, edit or delete the Global Notes Board.

• Click Add Note to start sharing company-wide information.

Using Global Notes ensures that all your employees, regardless of their location, have access to the same resources and information. This is particularly useful for sharing company culture, policies, updates, and important announcements.
