In Cuttinboard, Supervisors play a crucial role in overseeing the operations of several restaurants and facilitating communication between the locations and upper management. By leveraging Cuttinboard's powerful Supervisor feature, restaurant owners can streamline their operations, maintain high standards, and foster a culture of success.

Supervisors' key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring all supervised restaurants meet company standards and expectations
• Overseeing budgets, sales, and profits
• Conducting training and development programs
• Reviewing and approving schedules
• Recruiting and hiring new employees
• Conducting performance evaluations
• Providing feedback and support to managers and staff

To add a Supervisor in Cuttinboard, follow these steps:

• Log in to Cuttinboard and access your Owner Portal (the Supervisors button will only appear if you have multiple locations).
• Click on the "Supervisors" button to access the Supervisors management area.

• Click on "Add a Supervisor" (Note: If you add a Supervisor who is currently a General Manager, Manager, or Staff member in one of your locations, they will be removed from their previous role to fulfill their new responsibilities. Supervisors cannot be added to a location as a General Manager, Manager, or Staff member.)

• Enter the new Supervisor's name, last name, and email address. Then click next

• Select the locations they will supervise.
• Click "Next" to complete the addition process.

• You can always access the Supervisor's profile to assign or unassign locations or to delete them from the system.
