Follow the steps below to create a hub that will make it easy for your staff to access and learn about your restaurant's culture:
Steps:
Navigate to the Files tab in Cuttinboard.
Click Add to create a new Drawer.
Name it "Our Culture" or something similar.
Set the Membership Type to "Open for Everyone" so that all members of your team can access the Drawer.
Click Accept to create the Drawer.
Press the Upload Files button and start uploading your culture-related documents one by one.
Examples of documents to upload:
Company Mission, Vision, and Core Values: Outline your restaurant's guiding principles and what you strive to achieve as a business.
